Catering is in the image of the hotel: natural, intuitive and refined.
Deliberately reserved for our customers to protect the muted atmosphere of the hotel, the restaurant is in a prime location for relaxing in and having a friendly meal.
Our chef, an experienced naturalist, devises a cuisine with products from the vegetable garden that takes us to the source of taste.
We attach a particular importance to our breakfast,
that we wish healthy, original and varied.
We cook daily cakes, verrines, vegetables ... The fruit juices are 100% fresh fruits bios and done by the minute. 90% of the products used are local ("charcuterie", cheese, jams ...).
A "health" corner is also at your disposal (gluten-free, lactose-free ...)
We propose a complete offer, from light salads to more sophisticated dishes and Corsican specialties.
depending on the chef’s inspiration and the season, starters, traditional or exotic dishes are suggested on the board (see the menu)
At any hour of the day, squeezed juices, cocktails and other local beers can be enjoyed on the terraces.
